As a Relationship Banker, you will promote and increase sales of products and services to help meet the needs of customers. You will also use your knowledge to advise customers on their financial decisions and meet their individual needs. You will identify and offer customized solutions to customers with your vast knowledge of available products. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s customer’s portfolios and objectives.
You will be responsible for making an impact in sales, customer retention, and customer satisfaction with your relationships. You will need interpersonal skills to quickly build strong rapport with customers and must be organized, knowledgeable, and accurate. You will need to stay up to date with bank products and services, industry trends, and federal and state regulations. The ability to think creatively and analytically, as well as problem solving skills, are also important.
