Are you a tech-savvy individual with an unparalleled knack for organization and attention to detail? Do you like being the hub of the wheel who brings cross-functional projects together? If so, a role as a Project Coordinator could be the perfect opportunity to hone your leadership and communication skills while working in the tech industry.
At Expoint, our Project Coordinators are crucial to the success of our product cycle. You will be in the driver’s seat of the project process, managing timelines, schedules, and stakeholders. As the link between all product teams and stakeholders, it will be your responsibility to ensure all information is organized and compiled, with tasks smoothly delegated. You will be in charge of monitoring the project, alerting teams of any changes or updates as they are necessary, while also providing status updates and performance feedback to managers and internal stakeholders.
Project Coordinators must be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising accuracy. Communication is key to this role, so you must be confident in your ability to drive conversations both within the team and with external stakeholders. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to take initiative and be pro-active will be essential when it comes to mitigating risks and bottlenecks.
At Expoint, we welcome and encourage viewpoints and experience from individuals within (and outside) the tech industry. If you’ve got the skills to coordinate and really drive a project from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
