The Opportunity :

We, at Flywire, are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading client engagements and manage relationships after the contract is executed to foster ongoing client satisfaction
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-parties/vendors for efficient execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Reporting progress and business needs to management

:

  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience; a background working for a SaaS based company (preferred)
  • Experience working within healthcare industry is required
  • Confident leadership skills that allowing them to provide direction to clients
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels of an organization
  • A passion for technical problem solving using various tools available to find a solution
  • High self-motivation and self-direction
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in cloud services and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Experience in healthcare software services is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop, test, and maintain factory automation systems, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), production activity control (PAC), and scheduling algorithms.

  • Optimization and Integration: Analyze, prototype, and enhance automation solutions that improve factory performance, output, and cycle time while meeting environmental constraints.

  • Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (automation engineers, manufacturing planners, industrial engineers) to create and implement data-driven solutions using advanced technologies such as machine learning, statistical analysis, and optimization algorithms.

  • Documentation and Support: Provide input to technical documentation, create product manuals, and support post-deployment systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Adapt and prioritize work based on the changing business needs. The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a STEM related field and 3+ years relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, design, and testing, with a focus on factory automation or similar mission-critical systems (such as web service development, cloud application development).

  • 3+ years' experience in C# and .NET.

  • 3+Experience with at least two of the following: RDBMS Systems (Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field and 5+ years' experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the design of complex, scalable Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless information flow.
  • Lead the technical solutioning for all major FP&A initiatives, from initial discovery and design through to implementation and post-production support.
  • Take ownership of and provide hands-on, on-site support for urgent and business-critical production issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption. Lead a junior engineer with day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
