To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology majors
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in AI/ML engineering or MLE/ML Ops
• Experience working with business, management, and technology concepts
• Proficiency in Python programming and associated machine learning libraries/packages (sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying and managing ML and AI solutions
• Strong deep learning experience, particularly in applications of Neural Network architectures to Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Machine Intelligence
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of machine learning models in a cloud environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness and ability to travel at 0%-25%
• Valid driver’s license in the US
• Valid passport

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Certification in any database management system, reporting or data visualization, or programming/statistical language
• Working knowledge or certifications in cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure
• Practical experience in developing and deploying Generative AI applications for various use cases such as text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning

You’ll architect and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems that transform financial services. Working with cutting-edge LLMs and agentic frameworks, you’ll build autonomous systems that process millions of transactions, make intelligent decisions, and continuously learn from real-world financial data. Build Autonomous Financial AI Systems

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures using LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI for complex financial workflows

KEY Capabilities:

• Experience in working with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise Security & Splunk UEBA

  • Asist in evaluating SIEM based on the defined criteria and prepare audit reports
• Good experience in providing consulting to customers during the testing, evaluation, pilot, production and training phases to ensure a successful deployment.
• Experience in onboarding data into Splunk from various sources including unsupported (in-house built) by creating custom parsers
  • Verification of data of log sources in the SIEM, following the Common Information Model (CIM)
  • Experience in parsing and masking of data prior to ingestion in SIEM
  • Provide support for the data collection, processing, analysis and operational reporting systems including planning, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution

  • Sound knowledge in configuration of Alerts and Reports.
  • Good exposure in automatic lookup, data models and creating complex SPL queries.
  • Create, modify and tune the SIEM rules to adjust the specifications of alerts and incidents to meet client requirement
  • Experience in creating custom commands, custom alert action, adaptive response actions etc.

Qualification & experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Splunk and 3 to 5 years of overall experience with knowledge in Operating System and basic network technologies
• Experience in SOC as L1/L2 Analyst will be an added advantage
• Strong oral, written and listening skills are an essential component to effective consulting.
• Good to have knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Windows Domains, trusts, GPOs, server roles, Windows security policies, user administration, Linux security and troubleshooting
• Certification in any other SIEM Solution such as IBM QRadar, Exabeam, Securonix will be an added advantage
• Certifications in a core security related discipline (CEH, Security+, etc.) will be an added advantage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling and testing.

Must have 4 years of experience partnering with business technology leaders, solution delivery leads and architects in the definition and delivery of long-term technology strategies for one or more portfolios.

Must have 4 years of experience gathering and interpreting business requirements at a consulting or professional services firm, at least 1 year of which must be in the tax or finance domain.

Must have 4 years of experience with product development and delivery framework especially Agile framework, DevOps practices and micro services.

Must have 4 years of experience with industry-standard business analysis techniques including user stories, use cases, and UML/logical modeling.

Must have 4 years of experience delivering IT solutions, providing comprehensive technical advice and understanding user requirements.

Must have 1 year of experience articulating ideas and presenting strategies, both written and verbal, at all organization levels.
