What you'll do...
Lead and coordinate current model program delivery of:
- Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all supplier concern resolution
- Utilizes Manufacturing Site Assessment to improve supplier quality
- Responsible for ongoing part incoming quality, including product launch
- Work with the STA on PPAP compliance to Ford Specific Guidelines
- Drive Supplier continuous improvement and support 6-Sigma and Ford cross-functional matched pair initiatives as required
- Drive robust Supplier Failure Mode Avoidance through PFMEA, SCCAF, Control Plan, Manufacturing Feasibility review and Health chart deployment as applicable
- Lead Supplier development of interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D methodology and structured problem-solving tools
