The global HR business partner role in Israel is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the extended HR team of a large, leading tech company. A dynamic, international company with locations across four continents, it offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to anyone looking to begin or advance their career in human resources. The global HR business partner must have experience in leading teams on an international scale and possess great verbal and written communication skills. This individual understands best practices in HR and proactively provides guidance to business leaders in other global locations. The role is responsible for ensuring a professional immigration process for international hires and transfers of employees in the tech sector. A key responsibility is developing programmatic strategies on a global scale to assess international labor markets and assess competitive compensation structures. The global HR business partner must be well-versed in global labor and employee rights, and must maintain a strong knowledge of employment best practices. Additionally, the global HR business partner is responsible for identifying, measuring, and mitigating key personnel risk for the international organization, as well as developing recruiting strategies and processes for global locations. This individual will work closely with the existing HR team, actively managing the learning and development process for globally dispersed teams and implementing international training initiatives. With a wealth of experience in global HR, the successful candidate for Expoint’s global HR business partner role in Israel will be a strategic partner to the HR team and work to ensure the success of the organization both locally and globally.
