• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual COGS forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Consolidate COGS forecasts across 9 factories, providing clear insights to management.
• Develop and maintain forecasting infrastructure, tools, and dashboards to deliver real-time visibility for Business Units, Operations, and Management.
• Drive process and efficiency improvements and streamlining workflows
• Track and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying variances and implementing improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Business Units, Product Management, and Finance to support business case, financial analysis and ensuring consistency and integrity of financial plans.
• Consolidate and track weekly factory site cost outlooks, providing timely updates to leadership.
• Coordinate and manage the Finance team’s quarterly forecast schedule to meet corporate deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools; ability to build and manage complex financial models.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.

Bachelor or above and major in Automation engineering (fresh graduate only)
Prefer Robotic system,AGV,Auto warehouse
Develop and implement automation system for factory processes;Technical skill including PLC,HMI,SCADA and other automation Technologies
Knowledge of Data analysis software and programming language (e.g C/C#,Python,SQL)
Lead new technologies and trends in the field of automation.Put forward innovative suggestions and promote the improvement of the company's automation level
