As the Lead Information Security Engineer at Wells Fargo in Bengaluru, India, you will play an integral role in protecting our technology assets and resources from inside and outside threats. You will be using technology to develop risk management tools and strategies to secure sensitive data. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to identify security risks and develop measures to mitigate those risks. You are the gatekeeper for cybersecurity initiatives and need to stay current on industry standards and trends. You will ensure compliance with internal and external audit frameworks and document incidents as needed. Your technical and project management experience with large-scale projects is essential as you are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure applications. You will coordinate testing and deployment of new versions of software and hardware systems while managing the security posture of client operations. You will be an excellent communicator, able to convey complex information security concepts to employees and upper management alike. You will be able to mentor junior staff and help create and implement processes for security controls and perform reviews. Your skill set should include but not be limited to: software development lifecycle security best practices, threat modeling, incident response, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and other security controls.
