2. Develop and propose growth forecasts & sales budgets, manage sales productivity, and ensure forecast accuracy in line with the sales strategy. 制定并提出增长预测和销售预算,管理销售生产力,并确保预测的准确性符合销售策略。
7. Cultivate key strategic accounts/KOLs and convert them into advocates for our SHS DX total solution, with an emphasis on instrument upgrades. 培养关键战略客户/KOL,并将他们转化为我们SHS DX整体解决方案的倡导者,重点关注仪器升级。
8. Manage Business Partners in the responsible sub-region and oversee instrument inventory effectively. 管理负责的子区域中的业务合作伙伴,并有效监督仪器库存。
10. Proactively manage business operations in compliance with regulations. 积极主动地管理业务运营,以确保符合法规要求。
11. Other tasks assigned by management 管理层指派的其他任务。
Education and Experience
- 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function.
- 对销售周期、机会管理和谈判策略有丰富的知识。
- Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
- Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
- 以业务结果为导向,具有跨文化敏感性和逻辑思维能力。
- Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.
- Frequent travel is required.
