ERPの や生産領域（販売管理 /物流管理、在庫/購買管理、生産計画/管理のいずれか）の製品知識・ 提案および 導入ご経験を 8 年以上お持ちであること。. ERP導入プロジェクト導入メンバーとして、ロジスティクスや生産領域のチームリーダーとしての経験が複数回あること。また、プロジェクト導入フェーズの工程（プロジェクト準備、要件定義、開発、テスト、本稼働準備）について深い知識・ 計画作成および実行の 経験があること。. ERPのアプリケーション（ロジスティクスや生産） の導入検討に関する構想策定支援および提案支援の経験をお持ちであること。. 本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえた業務的視点での建設的な議論・ 会話を 行えるスキル、および経験があること。. 少なくとも一つの業界に対してコンサルティングが可能な業界業務知識・経験をもつこと。. 課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。. 困難な状況においても、 社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける 高い 日本語コミュニケーション 能力をもつこと。また、グループ内の国内・海外コンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。 【応募資格（スキル・コンピテンシー）】. 大卒相当以上. 日本語（ネイティブレベル）. 英語（読み書き、および業務の会話が可能なレベル。）. ロジスティクス領域（営業、販売、購買、生産、 SCM）の基礎的業務知識、および関連する製品スキル.
