What You'll Do

Your tasks will include:

• Architect and Design AI Core Features : Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI solutions and platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Drive Innovation : Lead the evaluation, design, and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies, with a focus on generative AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on cloud-based AI solutions.
• Sound experience leading teams and architecting complex systems with real-world AI applications.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and orchestration tools like Jenkins, Helm, Istio, and Argo
• Foundation in AI and machine learning model integration, particularly generative AI, and large language models (LLMs)
• Proven track record in technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across global, distributed teams.
• Ability to tackle complex architectural problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing AI tools or frameworks, especially in enterprise contexts.

• Work as a full stack developer for development of state-of-the-art software applications in S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement.
• Demonstrate ownership/responsibility for your owned backlogs, ensure completion in time with good quality.

What you bring

Required skills

• 4-8 years of experience in software development & strong educational qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA from reputed institutes)
• Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in ABAP/ABAP OO, ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) modelling / OData / BOPF / HANA / RAP / SAPUI5/Fiori
• Knowledge of automation test frameworks like QMate
• Exposure to emerging technologies like AI/ML, Joule, Agentic AI would be a plus

Global Digital Hub Leadership:

• Lead global digital strategy to drive pipeline, revenue outcomes, and scalable customer engagement across Enterprise, Corporate, and Partner segments. Ensure regional hubs deliver consistent, digital-first experiences aligned to sales goals.
• Champion a flexible, segment-agnostic model that enables innovation across regions, supports diverse customer needs, and unifies digital execution.

Role Ownership, Deployment, and Standards:

• Define and implement digital roles across global hubs to align with business strategy, goals, and evolving needs. Adapt roles continuously to reflect trends in digital sales, customer engagement, and technology.
• Lead adoption of digital motions across all assigned business areas. Drive the Digital-First strategy by scaling immersive, low-touch, high-volume customer engagement models.
• Co-develop digital Partner strategy with Partner & Ecosystem Services leadership.

Building Effective Engagement Frameworks:

• Design and implement internal engagement frameworks across global and regional digital teams. Establish external engagement models that deepen partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, aligning digital efforts with customer success.
• Ensure Digital GTM execution through strong coordination with Regional Digital Hub Leaders, Regional Presidents, CBOs, Customer Advisory, Services Sales, and Global CROs.
