As a VT/STAR student, you will be responsible to:
The program will enrich your knowledge of SAP as well as give you the professional experience to be ready to serve our customers. Your official start date at SAP is July 7th, 2025 and the total program period is 1 year 6 months. During your semester break, you will work full-time(40 hours per week) at SAP. During the semester, you will work on part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time at the company. You will be able to schedule your working time flexibly in accordance with your university schedule and the requirements of your department. You can apply for permanent positions after the completion of your studies and after half-completing this program (9 months), either in one of our business teams or in one of our graduate or Academy programs. If you get accepted, you can be converted into permanent employee by completing this program earlier than 18 months.
The program provides maximum support for internships through the university-operated field practicum program(), allowing you to earn university credit.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a Senior Product Manager within the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop and deliver the features that underlies our product and use cases we support. You will define the detailed requirements, work with UX to come up with a concept and ensure a successful delivery working closely with the assigned development teams, in a cloud-consumable way and support the information roll-out to customers, partners and field organization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
· Contribute to product roadmap and execution for SAP Enterprise Service Management.
· Prioritize and maintain the Product and Release Backlog and ensure execution together with the development, user experience and user assistance teams with a focus on integrated processes.
· Manage alignment with stakeholders especially in other development organizations, GTM, support, consulting and partners.
· Drive customer and partner engagement and work with customers in a close co-innovation environment
· Focus on customer adoption of products and new developments.
· Create an environment of continuous learning, support culture of innovation contributing to the products
· Strong desire to build customer-desired solutions and an attitude for co-innovation
· Enthusiasm to solve complex problems using state of the art approaches in a cloud development environment
· A solution-oriented attitude in a highly innovative and dynamic work environment
· Motivation to work in a cross functional team and to interact with other teams across the globe
IDEAL WORK EXPERIENCE
· Deep practical experience of agile product management ideally for major cloud native enterprise software vendors
· Proven track record of building a product (feature) roadmap and then leading the execution of the roadmap via requirements collection, backlog definition and scoping in a product
· Deep technical understanding of cloud native enterprise solutions
· Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to rapidly gather data, structure hypotheses, and develop synthesized findings/recommendations
· Domain expertise in customer relationship management processes will be a plus
· Proven track record of success of independently leading software development programs/projects with practical experience in software development and/or product management
· Understanding and practicing of product management frameworks
· 7+ years relevant experience with product management, solution management or consulting roles closely related to development.
· Experience in CRM/ITSM and Platform related capabilities.
Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
