A Sales Development leader at MongoDB hires outstanding talent, maps out the gaps in that rep’s skillset, holds them accountable to reaching their potential, and takes pride in turning that ADR into an AE. You will also be a key asset to our Enterprise Sales organization, partnering with regional leaders across our sales organization, you will be a crucial part of uncovering new opportunities, determining how to unlock new territories, and driving revenue into our pipeline.

You will be joining a globally distributed team with a significant presence in both Europe and North America. While this role is based in the EMEA region, you will regularly collaborate closely with colleagues across different time zones. We support both office-based work in our European hubs like Dublin and Barcelona, as well as remote work in several countries (including the Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Spain, and France).
This role will be based remotely in Spain.

MongoDB is seeking a Lead Engineer to join the Atlas Billing & Payment (ABP) team to build and lead the Bill-Generation Platform Infrastructure team. As part of MongoDB’s evolving billing and payments ecosystem, this team will be responsible for designing and developing a scalable, generic platform that enables sister teams to generate invoice line items for customers.
The Bill-Generation platform will provide data and functional APIs that support features such as complex pricing structures on usage data, tiered and custom pricing models, and invoice generation capabilities. The technology developed by this team will be integral to our Core Billing team, empowering them to define pricing models and enhance customer facing invoice features, giving MongoDB’s Product and Sales teams a significant competitive advantage in customer experience, closing deals and procuring high value customers.
