  • Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations
  • Maintain oversight of the deal closing process
  • Participate in team projects as part of continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in documentation negotiation coordination and transaction execution management of credit facilities
  • Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes
  • Expertise in credit agreements, including the ability to negotiate provisions on behalf of the bank
  • Decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
  • Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
  • Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.
