  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive innovation in home lending products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, product, sales, and business stakeholders to develop and deploy business solutions by established timelines.
  • Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for sales performance metrics, addressing ad-hoc stakeholder inquiries and refining assumptions and KPI-tracking to align with business objectives.
  • Conduct scenario and impact assessments to evaluate the operational and financial implications of strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data and analytical role
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science or finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel for spreadsheet management. Demonstrated ability to develop complex formulas and create dynamic pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience working with large data sets and conducting exploratory data analysis
  • Familiarity with home lending practices, mortgage products, and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaboration with Data Owners and Line of Business Data & Analytics teams to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Oversee the migration of JIRA and other system data to Snowflake, working closely with Data Owners to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and implement automated data movement solutions between systems through API connections, identifying and overcoming technical challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and enhance dashboards and automated reporting tools to facilitate decision-making for business partners.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, or related experience, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and either Python, SAS, or both for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis.
  • Experience with data migration and integration, particularly with Snowflake and API development.
  • Proven ability to connect data analysis to business strategies and deliver results that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Background in financial services, or related domains, is a plus.

  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
  • Introduces customers to the branch team who will build relationships and assist with specialized financial needs
  • Makes customers’ lives easier by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
  • Supports the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audit standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task with a dedication to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
  • Availability to work Branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make connections, engage, and educate customers and refer to colleagues as appropriate
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and customers to technology
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and proficiency in operations and transaction accuracy while working well in a team environment
  • Some College level or military equivalent or 2+ years of branch banking experience
Training requirement
  • Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead training program is a pre-requisite to be considered active in Branch Operations Lead role
