- Establish and plan multiple projects according to business unit product roadmap
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules and set up KPI targets
- Responsible for project deliverables (cost, quality, on-time delivery and profit margins)
- Monitor milestones and key activities within project timeline
- Create and manage relevant program documentation including open issues list, timeline, Engineering Centers of Competence (ECC) checklist, parts matrix, weekly risk assessment, and phase review workbook at minimum - Keep an open mind to pioneer new approaches and develop new or revamp existing tools and protocols that continue to perfect the program/project management discipline

主导排水泵的整体结构设计，包括但不限于转子、定子、泵体、叶轮等关键部件的设计，绘制详细的二维图纸和三维模型。
结合产品的性能要求（如流量、扬程、功率等）、使用环境（如温度、湿度、介质等）以及行业标准，确定合理的结构方案。
进行结构仿真分析，如强度、刚度、振动、噪声等方面的分析，优化结构设计，确保产品的安全性和可靠性。

编制排水泵的设计规范、技术说明书、物料清单（BOM）等技术文件，确保文件的准确性和完整性。
- 对设计过程中的技术资料进行整理、归档和管理，建立完善的技术档案。

与生产部门沟通，提供技术支持，解决生产过程中因结构设计导致的问题，优化生产工艺，提高生产效率。

持续关注排水泵行业的技术发展趋势和最新研究成果，引入先进的设计理念、技术和材料，对排水泵进行技术优化和创新。
参与产品的研发评审，提出改进建议，提高产品的竞争力。

1.学历与专业：本科及以上学历，电机、机械设计制造及其自动化、流体机械等相关专业。
2.工作经验：具有5年以上排水泵或相关流体机械结构设计经验。
3. 专业知识与技能
精通排水泵的工作原理、结构设计方法和相关行业标准。
熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，能够独立完成产品的结构设计，并了解仿真原理。
具备扎实的机械设计、材料力学、流体力学等专业知识，了解电机设计相关知识。
熟悉产品的制造工艺（如装配等），能够在设计中考虑工艺可行性。
