We are looking for a Data Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and usability of our data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust data governance frameworks, improve data quality, and deliver insights using SQL and Tableau. You will develop dashboards to monitor governance processes, track compliance with data policies, ensure data quality standards are met, and provide transparency to stakeholders.

• Lead data quality initiatives : Develop and implement processes to monitor, manage, and improve data quality and data curation across the organization.
• ​​ Monitor data quality: Continuously track data accuracy, consistency, and completeness to ensure high-quality data for analysis and reporting.
• Craft data governance framework : Define and enforce policies, standards, and best practices for data management and governance.

We are looking for an inquisitive, detail-oriented individual with deep knowledge of product analytics to join our Security team as a Senior Product Analyst. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end data process, including designing data models and events, building metrics and KPIs, initiating analysis, and implementing processes and project management. You will drive data culture and work closely with various departments across the organization.

• Design and implement data models and events: Create and maintain robust data models that accurately capture essential metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate on metrics and KPIs: Work with stakeholders across the organization to define and build key performance indicators and main product metrics
• Develop and maintain dashboards: Use Tableau to create comprehensive dashboards that provide scalable insights and monitoring of key metrics

• Skilled in designing events and data modeling
• High proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, building tables, and creating business logic from scratch
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years experience as a marketing analyst or business/sales/RevOps analyst
• 5 years experience working in or with a high-growth Demand Gen marketing team in B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, content, email, social) and understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC, and ARR.
• Strong analysis and data modeling skills, and an understanding of statistical techniques. SQL, Python, or R skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) as well as experience with Saleloft, 6Sense, Clickup, Google Analytics, MS Office, Google Suite (Advanced Excel and PPT skills).
