• Lead a high-performing team of fraud and risk data analysts by providing real-time coaching and best practice guidance to team members relating to their daily work as well as growing their careers
• Lead strategic initiatives with measurable milestones and impact to KPIs
• Act as a strategic partner across Intuit product development, product management, legal, investigations, data science, and other teams for fraud/abuse prevention solutions throughout the fraud lifecycle of detection, investigation, remediation, and prevention
• Combine historical data with strong subject matter expertise and intuition to create and execute strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives at scale
• Provide guidance and oversight in raising awareness of broader fraud and product issues, generative AI ongoing trends and driving toward automated solutions.
• Stays abreast of fraud trends, emerging fraud and generative AI threats, and new system/tools to help bolster fraud prevention/detection capabilities
• Own and assess your team’s progress toward established performance goals.

• BA/BS in Industrial engineering/Economics/Accounting/Similar field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 4+ years of professional experience in leading policy or analytics teams in a compliance, security, risk, or financial environment
• High level of proficiency in data analysis, manipulating and aggregating data. Big data skills (ex., Databricks, Athena) and strong SQL skills are required
• Skilled in collaborating with Data Scientists to develop real-time predictive models and complex AI-based solutions
• Demonstrated project management skills for planning/driving tasks across organizations while keeping initiatives on track to achieve desired outcomes
• Ability to drive and push projects forward, own a can-do approach
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and focus on needle movers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to succinctly communicate technical and business requirements, business cases and other findings across organizational levels

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: $40.25 - 54.45 / hr for the San DIego location.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong interest and experience or studies in supply management, operations, and supplier diversity & sustainability
• Experienced in process optimization, adept at business analysis and project implementation
• Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and break-thru operational improvements.

• Play an integral role in a new risk management initiative across Generative AI Security, API Security, and Data Security. Help design and build our policy and investigation strategy - the necessary skills, key business processes and tools required for timely and effective responses in a rapidly changing environment
• Continuously evaluate the risk landscape by assessing the efficacy of Intuit’s AI models and risk controls through data analysis, business insights, and expert human judgment
• Monitor and report performance metrics , offering executives and stakeholders critical insights on trends that could potentially affect Intuit's risk controls, and alert them to new threats
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious signals, anomalies, and attacks related to security risks around Generative AI, API and Data

• Strong data analysis and business acumen, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Experience and Skills

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst utilizing Python and SQL
• At least 5 years of experience in Security or Fraud Risk Management, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sectors
• Proficiency with Data Analysis and Business Intelligence tools
• BSc/MSc degree in math, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience with API Security or Generative AI Security is an advantage
• Prior managerial experience is an advantage
