Responsibilities

This person will help assess opportunities in the large-format printer market. To do so, you will conduct market opportunity sizing, analyze the competitive landscape, and understand the needs and preferences of target customers. You will also support the definition of solutions that align with both business and customer needs, working in coordination with the discovery team. Once these solutions enter the development phase, the Global Product Manager will provide support for activities needed to bring the product or solution to market.

  • Support customer value exploration through market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback regularly meeting customers and channel partners.

  • Assist in developinglong-term product strategy

  • Contribute to the definition of specific future HP large format printers through R&D and solutions teams. Translate value propositions into relevant solution components.

  • Support in development of product management and marketing deliverables required for each product development checkpoint and for product introduction.

  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

  • Help maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Requirements

The Role

  • You will be responsible for driving the current Sales relationship with Amazon on specific Programs aimed at driving mutually profitable growth
  • This will take active interlock and excellent communication with multi country stakeholders across multiple teams (Sales, Categories, Operations, Supply-Chain, Finance etc…) where you will need to secure engagement and coordinate various project leads to drive the change and deliver on dedicated growth programs
  • HP has ambitious growth objectives with Amazon in EMEA, this is structured through a Joint Business plan : this role will involve the execution and delivery of elements within this plan
  • Be able to influence and partner with complex matrixed organisation to secure progress and a unified approach where possible on Planning, Portfolio and Pricing
  • Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • At least 6 years successful experience in online retailers account / operational management roles (or vendor management within an online retailer)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with retailer up to the Director level
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Program Management skills preferably within an international environment
