Essential Responsibilities:

Design-to-Code Translation

• Work with UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes into clean, semantic, and accessible HTML, CSS and other appropriate code languages

• Use our EDS (Ethos Design System) to compile responsive components and implementations

• Create reusable front-end components that can be easily consumed by development teams

• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual designs while maintaining cross-browser compatibility

Technical Collaboration

• Partner with UX designers to understand design intent, interactions and user experience requirements

• Work embedded within engineering sprints to provide technical design guidance and code reviews

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs and data services

• Provide technical feasibility feedback during the design process to inform design decisions

Design System & Standards

• Contribute to and maintain the front-end implementation of our design system

Prototyping & Innovation

• Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and user flows

• Strong understanding of HIPAA, and GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including security architecture and cloud governance.
• One or more recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, HCISPP, or equivalent.
