• Bachelor or master degree in Economics, Management, Law, Finance or Accounting, or other relevant field
• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English

As a member of the Strategy and Transaction`s team, you will participate in engagements related to the most exciting transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. You will analyze the financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing accounting records and participating in interviews with management. You’ll make technical contributions to client engagements and internal projects. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of the target business and its market, and of clients’ issues, performing research of the target’s industry and of companies operating in that sector. Your duties will also include supervising the junior members of the team and keeping management team members abreast of progress and of any significant issues.
• Participate in business and financial modeling engagements
• Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
• Assist in preparing analyses of financial information and reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Participate in building different financial models based on historical data of a business and providing forecasts based on the analysis of historical data as well as industry metrics
• Ensuring implementation of processes to improve budget and preparation of the company’s forecasts
• Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
• Ensure that client requests are communicated to the senior-in-charge and addressed on a timely
basis
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in business and financial modeling is a must
• Accountancy background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Excellent technical and computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
• Self-motivated, positive attitude
• Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• ACCA/CFA membership will be considered as an advantage
