The Engineering Rotation Program providesa fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.

You will:
Be supported by technical subject matter experts, mentors and peer advisors that will provide day-to-day support, grow your Dell network, and assimilate you into the Dell and CSG culture
Complete the rotation program with a deeper understanding of the CSG Engineering portfolio, accelerated technicalexpertise, and the ability to align your passions to your future career at Dell
Participate in the preparation, review and evaluation of Software/Firmware requirements and specifications
Prepare design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
Use defined software lifecycle methodologies
Essential Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science related fields and expect to graduate between February 2025 to August 2026
Strong interpersonal and communicationskills thatwill make you a great collaborator in a global team environment.
Understanding of Computer Science Foundations and basic knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Rust, C, C++, Java, or Golang
Ability to code/debug moderately complex programs using either written or verbal design specifications
Desirable Requirements
Internship experience in a technology related field
Participation in roles outside of the classroom

What you’ll achieve
As a
You will:
Work closely with customers to clearly understand their unique requirements.Assess feasibility of the requested solution and develop a validation strategy that balances speed and risk
Bring together teams across Dell and our Development Partners/ODMs to create and deliver on a positive outcome for our customers
Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the engineering organization through responses to the market requirement documents and detailed functional specifications
Lead and mentor through any technical issues that arise during development activities
Own multiple projects concurrently from inception to factory release
Essential Requirements
12 to 15 years of related experience
Advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures
Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical discussions to varying audiences
Experience with vendor/ODM management
Desirable Requirements
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Capability to influence others to achieve results
