  • Partner with leadership team to set goals for Lending and ensure tracking and ROI measuring are in place for all initiatives
  • Supports medium- to long-term plans and functional strategies requiring coordination and integration across units, both within Wealth and the broader Citi organization
  • Partner with leadership team on resource allocation, productivity initiatives and realization of cost efficiency
  • Drive culture and people initiatives
  • Act as delegate for Lending head when required in certain meetings
  • Oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of budgets, financials, operations, human resources and compliance by way of systems, processes, workflows, procedures and the assessment of existing environments and anticipated changes
  • Engage in cost management activities as appropriate
