The objective of the ERMTP is to develop consistent and comprehensive enterprise-wide awareness and competency in risk and controls policy knowledge and to provide employees with the knowledge and skills to carry out risk management and control responsibilities relevant to their roles. The ERMTP is anchored to enterprise-wide policies and standards supporting the four pillars of Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Culture and Conduct, Risk Governance, Risk Management (including Level 0 / Level 1 Risk Categories) and Enterprise Risk & Controls Programs. The ERMTP is designed to provide all Citi employees with access to learning modules to help them understand how they contribute towards Citi’s risk management strategy through adhering to the relevant policies which apply to their roles.
ERMTP is a cumulative training curriculum developed and deployed at five levels of complexity:

Responsibilities:
Develop and drive both broad and targeted communications efforts in partnership with the ESPA and Technology & Business Enablement teams
Work directly with Technology & Business Enablement leadership on communications for this respective businesses and teams
Support Technology leaders with their external profiles, including speaking engagements, social media and media relations
Manage media relations, town halls, colleague engagement meetings, conferences and written and video messages
Work with both the content management system (intranet) and the team’s email distribution tool to upload/manage/distribute content
Make strategic risk assessment decisions, particularly considering the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, marketing or another related field
Knowledge of communications or marketing and at least 10 years of increased responsibility for business management, preferably with a large and complex organization
The ability to think creatively and deliver engaging solutions to communications needs, ones that cut through the noise and describe complex issues in simple language
Experience in a tech firm, financial services firm or in-house technology group, working directly with tech teams to promote their work across a broader organization
Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives
Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude
A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to carry out their work
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrixed organization
Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
