  • Carry out collections management to the client portfolio with outstanding balance in order to regularize the client's debt and mitigate the risk from old credit´s
  • Offer the client all the information of their credit and debt via telephone, in order to make effective collection management maintaining the quality standards required
  • Update the data of unlocatable customers in arrears, through the CACS system, verifying their information and data history; with the purpose of locating them and being able to carry out collection management.
  • Orient the client according to their requirements and needs to other areas: Customer Services, retention, Citiphone

Duties: Govern processes surrounding the Citi Systems Inventory (“CSI”) and Citi Technology Catalogues (“CTC”). Support the governance and control processes surrounding these systems, ensuring they run as intended and assisting users in the effective and efficient completion of required tasks. Support engineering teams on the successful completion of required processes, including the CSI application registration process, application data quality controls, and CTC deviation processing. Interact and support Business Activity Owners (“BAOs”) and oversee compliance with key Citi processes within Third Party Management, architecture, and application ownership by providing subject matter expertise and process guidance if BAO’s need to establish new CSI applications or modify existing, as well as ensuring all proper standards are met when BAO’s interact with CSI or CTC). Maintain and update policies and standards, utilizing Citi’s formats and documentation processes. Conduct audit checks and enforce the compliance of internal policies, such as Citi Architecture Standards (“CArS”) and Citi Information Technology Management Policy (“CITMP”) that may impact Citi’s organizational reputation. Provide support to end users registering new applications and conducting quality checks on information provided. Assist application managers in maintaining their CSI records by providing guidance. Assist in systematic updates within CSI such as organization or role updates. Conduct frequent quality checks against CSI data. Perform routine maintenance of roles. Provide guidance and support for users seeking a CTC deviation and performing quality checks against requests. Participate in process reviews or audits to ensure control effectiveness. Assist project teams in activities during the development lifecycle that intersect with CSI and CTC. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
