Responsibilities:

  • The Real Estate Mgmt Group Manager supports the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of all Citi Corporate Real Estate interests.

  • Key member of the international region’s Real Estate Transaction team.

  • Responsible for non-retail, transactions.

  • Local "Go-To" person for India capital market transactions and analyses of complicated real estate documentation.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of strategic real estate plans in country.

  • Key negotiator for complicated real estate transactions (of every asset class, nationally).

  • Responsible to help coordinate operational activities between verticals.

  • Partners with regional Transactions Head on city-strategy locations and strategic planning.

  • Coordinates closely with Regional Transaction colleagues to insure the implementation of global strategies within region.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

  • Oversees and personally inputs into Transactions TTT system to ensure accurate, timely and compliant tracking of the transactions under his/her purview.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years relevant experience working in India real estate markets.

  • Ability to understand complex real estate transactions including capital markets transactions such as sale leasebacks, dispositions of real estate, expansions, site searches, "blend and extends" and other structures in order to align the real estate to the business and to execute on the overall real estate strategy.

  • Must have in - depth knowledge of real estate transaction process and negotiations, fee structures and best practices in real estate transactions.

  • Must be able to "step through" complicated agreements and structures to minimize expenses and maximize return on investment.

  • Prior knowledge of the regulatory, compliance, financial metrics and culture of a financial services institution as they effect real estate transactions/models/planning

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiations skills.

  • Excellent business acumen.

  • Demonstrated leadership and client relations skills

TTS Corporate Sales responsibility is for a portfolio of corporate clients to apply combined in-depth TTS technical product sales skills with client diagnostic and origination skills including designing complex single or multi-country/region or multi-product TTS solutions across:

The Turkiye Corporate Sales Manager, Vice President, is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate with clients and sometimes internally at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others. The role is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue and maximize TTS wallet share with the assigned clients, managing in line with client segmentation
  • Develop Trusted Advisor relationship for TTS
  • Lead global / regional TTS sales opportunities Turkiye L2 clients with multi-region TTS wallet opportunities
  • Ensure TTS coordination and alignment with Global Banking/GSG and Markets, where applicable
  • Own TTS account planning, wallet sizing and budgeting for assigned clients and have a clearly outlined and internally aligned sales strategy for winning new mandates
  • Achieve client calling goals for assigned clients across whole portfolio and buying centres
  • Expand sales focus beyond traditional Finance and Treasury buying centers and procurement and relevant contacts - across entire TTS set of products
  • Drive TTS pipeline, wins and revenue growth to meet sales targets. Keep track of portfolio revenues, drivers and monitor against planned targets
  • Drive TTS opportunities to personally originate and close deals
  • Contribute to reducing TTS revenue attrition and accelerating revenue ramp up processes to ensure optimal revenue retention and growth
  • Influence optimization of the balance sheet allocation related to TTS transactions
  • Provide Voice of the Client feedback to TTS Product Management / Functions across the organisation about client requirements and emerging competitive/market trends
  • Provide clients with updates on regulatory changes
  • Coordinate ad hoc/event driven responses like award submissions
  • Manage and coordinate client events along with product partners or visiting seniors for the assigned portfolio of clients
  • Provide input on Banker Impact for TTS transactions
  • Be responsible for assigned portfolio RFPs and coordinating regional or global pricing approvals
  • Work with banking for prospecting new jointly identified clients
  • Manage expenses in line with policy and resources efficiently

  • Demonstrate where you have had a significant impact in terms of new business origination, or competitive retention by influencing client decisions through your advocacy
