Responsibilities
• Assist with Business Analysis by driving and implementing strategic solutions in an increasingly regulated yet extremely disruptive environment.
Implement a high standard Change Management framework.
Develop change management approach to facilitate adoption and sustainable results.
Change metrics governance (definition, measurement and quality control)
• Coordinate with stakeholders and work with users to identify requirements and be responsible for Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s), using use cases, workflow, screen mock-ups, and spreadsheet models.
• Writing the Change Requirements and becoming a go-to person on Financial Close, Accounting, treasury and reporting functions. Experience with Finance regulatory reporting, and preferred experience in process automation in the Financial Accounting or Regulatory reporting space.
• Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.
• Coordinate with business and technology partners throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Oversee and write test scenarios and drive UAT planning and implementation.
• Coordinate and provide analysis and interpretation of UAT results.
• Communicate and interact with multiple teams for understanding the requirements, troubleshoot an incident and provide resolution.
• Partner with technology resources to design and implement technology solutions, including documenting business and functional requirements, testing and implementation plans.
Must Have Skills
6 years' experience with hands-on business analysis experience in Finance or Risk domain. Other industry experience will not be considered.
2+ years' experience with strong knowledge of change management process preferably in the Financial Accounting, General Ledger and Financial/Regulatory Reporting processes space.
Experience of Robotic Process Automation analysis & implementation will be preferred. Exposure to KNIME will be preferred.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet defined deadlines.
Creativity and independent thinking.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Good Exposure to Excel macros and EUC will be preferred.

The Services Program Management Office (Org PMO) provides governance to programs and projects in its Book of Work (BoW), with a robust set of PM governance procedures, reporting/metrics information and PM Quality guidelines and processes. The critical operating principles of this Org PMO are to comply with its responsibilities in a standard, simple and independent manner.
Services Org PMO Analyst (C11) – Project Intermediate Analyst
The Services Org PMO Analyst is a developing professional role. The role will provide review, support and challenge across many dimensions of the BoW – completeness, stratification, investment category. The role requires good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work directly with front line PMs to ensure compliance to Policy, Standards and Procedures.
The Services Org PMO Analyst will support the implementation of the strategy, procedure, execution and quality assurance of all BoW oversight products. Success for this person is:
Develop and maintain client relationships with the Services business partners and managers of BoW efforts in addition to Program and Project Managers.
Provide constructive challenge to the allocated section of the BoW including but not limited to key metrics and segmentation factors to assure the right work is classified and that the work is receiving required challenge.
Maintain an understanding of metrics and insights to the health and performance of the complete Services BoW.
Responsibilities:
Support the Services Org PMO team to delivery on its Charter responsibilities for the Services BoW. This includes sustaining the hygiene, comprehensiveness, completeness and health of the BoW.
Maintain client relationships with the Business & Functional Partners and work effort managers. Client relationships are mandatory to assess status, understand direction and decisions and to follow the execution of bodies of work.
Take an active role in Services BoW reviews at an initiative, program and/or project level in conjunction with Senior team members. Be able to assess performance and trends related to the BoW that is being reviewed.
Track application (and where applicable, enforce usage of) Citi’s Enterprise Program and Project Management Policy and Standards across the Services book of work.
Provide guidance for internal queries relating to project management
Assist with the PMO delivery of programs and projects across a number of Services Business Product lines.
Identify, prioritise and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
Escalate Program Management concerns to the documented channels when appropriate.
Maintain the accuracy of the PMs reported in the Citi Approved PM Tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business (non-tech) methodology.
Track record of strong performance.
2 - 5 years’ experience in Project, Program Management Governance and Execution
Good understanding ofProject Tracking System (PTS) 2.0is a must. SharePoint experience preferred.
PMP Certification (or working towards) preferred.
Prior experience in partnering across virtual teams.
Knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and PM Standards or the equivalent, and knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the Services Organizational construct is a plus.
