  • Identify and recommend ways to drive more value out of the company's technology assets, maximizing reuse and avoiding redundancy. Participate in discovery sessions with business stakeholders – identifying process requirements, the solutions that can be leveraged, resources required, etc.
  • Understand architectural, design, implementation, and security standards and best practices. Engage in and align practices with the company’s digital transformation strategy.
  • Work closely with management to educate and to articulate the requirements necessary to promote overall digital goals.

What we are looking for

In this administrative support role, you’ll help ensure service contracts are accurate, customer requests are followed up on time, and internal processes run smoothly. Your role focuses on handling service contract documentation, processing quotes, and supporting billing and reporting processes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to track service case progress, prepare documentation, and maintain records in our systems (SAP, Servicemax, GSMS).

Day-to-day activities may include:

  • Creating and updating service contracts and preparing related quotes
