  • 5+ years of experience managing technical / engineering program managers, and leading highly efficient & impactful teams
  • 10+ years experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
  • A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority
  • Experience leading large scale Infrastructure programs with focus on Cloud environments
  • Exceptional organizational & engineering project management skills, with deep technical acumen
  • Experience prioritizing features, and leading & presenting technical roadmaps
  • Self-motivated and proactive with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable.
  • Agile project experience with ability to demonstrate knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is plus.
  • Ability to handle & deliver multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure projects, partnering with communities comprising of various engineering teams and their extended technical teams.
