Description:
You will represent the International Regulatory Affairs team on a high-impact, collaborative project. In partnership with regional RA experts, you will develop, articulate, and drive the global regulatory strategy for innovative pipeline features. You will proactively address regulatory challenges, make informed decisions, and communicate appropriate regulatory actions. Additionally, you will develop engagement strategies with global health authorities to facilitate the regulatory pathway and support launch plans as needed. Key responsibilities include:
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or engineering
  • - 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
  • - Regulatory expertise in one or more key markets such as EU/UK, China, or Japan
  • - Proven ability to work autonomously and drive established goals and initiatives with minimal supervision
  • - Executive presence and poise, demonstrated through a strong track record of positively influencing decisions and cross-functional teams
  • - Masters / PhD / post-secondary education preferred
  • - Experience working with the SaMD product and wearable technology
  • - Experience navigating regulatory environment in emerging markets
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key responsibilities include:• Managing and developing a team of publicists in strategizing, implementing and directing publicity campaigns for a slate of feature films and series. • Create, shape and implement campaigns for narrative features, documentary films and documentary series through multiple earned media channels outside the U.S. • Performing a critical role in communicating with producers, talent, representatives and production company partners during production up to and beyond launch. • Focus on creating cultural moments and delivering strategic, meaningful campaigns. Conceptualize and execute global PR strategies and press campaigns for feature films. • Draft and deliver effective public relations plans. • Collaborate with filmmakers, talent and internal teams to secure coverage in a wide range of media. Oversee budgets and publicity professionals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in entertainment publicity and have strong relationships with global journalists and talent/producer representatives
  • Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position in a publicity department at a film or television studio, network or streaming platform, or at a PR agency specifically servicing film/television studios, networks or streaming programming
  • Previous experience implementing successful PR programs for feature films
  • Effectively lead and be a part of the larger publicity team. Work well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be able to balance multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and television/film landscape
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work. We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience.The Product Design Associate will start in September 2025. This is a full-time and competitively salaried role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. The following is a short overview of your possible responsibilities in the International Design team: • Creating static mockups and interactive prototypes to visualise concepts and ideas for mobile, desktop, and web apps.• Helping present work to other designers, engineers, and product managers. • Iterating on proposals based on feedback and technical constraints. • Responding to last minute design requests whilst managing existing workloads. • Producing pixel-perfect specs, assets, and documentation for engineering implementation. • Providing a fresh point of view in critique.APPLICATION PROCESSThere is a 3 stage recruitment process.   • Candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Typography and font development skills is beneficial.
  • Understanding of any non-Latin scripts and cultural impact on design.
  • Fluency in either Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Urdu, or Thai is desirable but not mandatory.
  • You must be able to commit to a 12 month program.
  • Work onsite in our London office three days a week.
