- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Experience working with equipment suppliers.
- Experience with full lifecycle.
- Experience evaluating design, performance and logistical tradeoffs for automated systems.
- Experience managing ticketing and data analysis.

- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
- Experience troubleshooting, developing and testing of highly automated systems and/or robotics like automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS)

• Deep dive technical solutions that encompass advanced technology applications, robotic and automation integration, and vendor commissioning content and expectations.
• Conduct design reviews and support execution efforts between internal teams and outside vendors including network architecture, equipment specifications, and site layout.
• Proficiency with concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
• Operational knowledge of common enterprise switching and routing platforms.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking, routing, Network Security architecture, and core technologies (such as IP, TCP, load balancers, firewalls, ACLs, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of fail over protection and design for IT infrastructure.

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
