  • Ownership of ticketing for respective HR Management and business area.
  • Partners to ensure constant and proper information flow. Process requests timely to meet deadlines in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
  • Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
