Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and KPI targets by:

  • Building an emotional connection with customers and living the Brand Values.
  • Serving and selling to customers and conscientiously executing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is aware of store and individual targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available within the store.
  • Meets or exceeds customer expectations and boosts sales and Brand experience by using appropriate elements of the adidas customer service model.
  • Creates an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
  • Proactively seeks and incorporates basic core and seasonal product knowledge into his/her service approach within his/her assigned store zone(s).
  • Maintains an appealing, easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
  • Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
  • Minimizes loss by actively maintaining sales floor awareness while serving customers.
  • Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals.
  • Completes all compulsory training programs and effectively transfers learning into skills on the job.
  • Communicates a desire for ongoing learning and welcomes all available opportunities to increase performance.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Store Management experience.

  • Fluency in English, while Arabic is a must.

  • بناء اتصال قوي مع العملاء و تحقيق قيم العلامة التجارية الخاصة بالشركة .
  • خدمة وبيع للعملاء وتنفيذ عمليات المحل بكامل ما تحمله المهنة من قييم .

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • أن يكون مسؤول المبيعات على بينة من أهدافالبيعو ايضا الأهداف الفردية ويعمل بنشاط لتحقيق أو تجاوز هذه الأهداف باستخدام جميع الموارد المتاحة داخل المحلات.
  • تلبية توقعات العملاء أو تجاوزها، و تعزيز المبيعات وتجربة العلامة التجارية باستخدام العناصر المناسبة لنموذج خدمة عملاء أديداس.
  • خلق علاقةطيبةمع كل عميل من خلال كونه سفيرا متحمسا لعلامة أديداس التجارية.
  • السعى بشكل استباقي إلى تضمين المعرفة الأساسية والموسمية للمنتج في نهج الخدمة الخاص به داخل منطقة (مناطق) المحل المخصص له.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة جذابة وتسهيل التسوق للعملاء من خلال تنفيذ معايير التسويق المرئية باستمرار.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات المحلللحفاظ على بيئة تسوق وعمل آمنة.
  • ضمان توفير عرض المنتج في المتجر للعملاء من خلال المساعدة في عمليات التسليم وتجديد الحد الأدنى للمبيعات.
  • إتمام معاملات البيع بسرعة ودقة مع الالتزام بإجراءات الحماية النقدية.

You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by:

  • Passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers
  • Diligently executing store operations
  • Contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
  • Be aware of store KPI's (key performance indicators)and contribute to store sales
  • Responsible for improving the consumer experience by executing the CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards
  • Be a Brand advocate, consistently exhibiting our 6 Values
  • Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively during consumer interactions
  • Communicate product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs
  • Connect our Consumers to relevant digital & omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Be aware of all omnichannel related sales tools
  • Guide our Consumers through the digital touchpoints in the store
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures
  • Uses selling expertise to maximize opportunities at the cash desk to create add-on sales and build customer loyalty
  • Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
  • Perform all store operations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment, for Consumers by executing visual merchandising and house-keeping standards
