AWS Marketplace is looking for a Program Manager to join its fast-paced team. You will be responsible for ensuring that Customers & Partners can effectively leverage AWS Marketplace as a new and exciting channel for scalable and efficient, global growth.
In this role, you will partner closely with AWS Marketplace, APN and Field Teams, to ensure that our Partners can drive accelerated growth and efficiency to meet the requirements of AWS customers. You will also manage projects across internal and external teams to help scale, and effectively create and position programs that benefit the ISV, along with AWS customers and reseller partners.As a Program Manager for AWS Marketplace AMER, you’ll be expected to focus on envisioning, experimenting, creating and operationalizing programs that will impact the customers at scale. You’ll be responsible for anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs, and welcoming an acceptable level of risk to maximize business benefit. You will own the execution and program management of strategic initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional work stream owners and reporting progress, updates, challenges, and solutions to leaders.

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
