Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Risk and Compliance Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies, including data privacy, cross-border data transfer requirements, EHS etc

• Cross-functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain SOPs that streamline processes, ensure consistency, and promote best practices across the R&D organization.

• Productivity Enhancement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve cross-functional productivity, including process optimization, technology adoption, and resource allocation.

• Event Activity Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee R&D-related events, including scientific conferences, workshops, and internal meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among participants.

• Facility Management: Manage R&D facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

• Pursue proactively opportunities to enhance the external reputation of the R&D site, including but not limited to the qualification of the site for recognition of operational & scientific excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, experience in pharmaceutical R&D is preferable.

• A strong understanding of the drug development process, regulatory landscape, and data privacy requirements is preferable.

• Proven track record of managing complex operations, facilities, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results on time and within budget.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Experience with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
