Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
• 6-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 of them leading teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile-related approaches including SCRUM, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking and
• Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management software tools and can build work breakdown structures, project schedules, risk registers, generate reports and other programmatic artifacts.
• Comfortable with one or more programming languages such as Java, .Net, Node, Python, Ruby, Golang, Rust, or PHP is highly desired.
• Solid understanding of the Test Plan, code promotion, deployment, and release processes.
• Experience working with Cloud Computing
• The ability to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are well-managed and aligned
• The ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You are a community enthusiast and have made contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with NoSQL Databases (Couchbase, MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, DynamoDb, Redis, and/or Memcached, etc )
• Strong leadership and analytical skills in combination with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid database experience
• Validated agile learning/credentials such as CSM, A-CSM, SA, PSM, IC Agile such as Client (IC-Agile, IC-Agile ATF(Agile Team Facilitator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in writing stories and make appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition, identifying and removing impediments.
• Organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum/Kanban-related meetings
• Manage JIRA board and backlog for sprint execution
• Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress, maintaining process documentation
• Preventing distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver on release goals; facilitating discussion and conflict resolution
