Regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:
Develop and implement a regional ABM strategy to engage and convert target accounts in the EMEA market.
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development teams to identify key accounts and execute personalized marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Collaboration with Regional Sales and Sales Development:
Work closely with regional Sales and Sales Development teams to align on pipeline strategy and objectives.
Collaborate on account targeting, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly track and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, Revenue and/or field marketing.
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Sales Development, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
Proficient in data analysis and measurement, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
