What you’ll do:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region in alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Drive pipeline growth through targeted demand generation initiatives tailored to the unique needs of each EMEA market.
  • Demand Generation and Field Marketing:
    • Own the execution of demand generation and field marketing programs across the EMEA region to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a regional ABM strategy to engage and convert target accounts in the EMEA market.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development teams to identify key accounts and execute personalized marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaboration with Regional Sales and Sales Development:
    • Work closely with regional Sales and Sales Development teams to align on pipeline strategy and objectives.
    • Collaborate on account targeting, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and regularly track and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
    • Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and optimize marketing programs for maximum impact.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

    • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation, Revenue and/or field marketing.
    • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Sales Development, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
    • Proficient in data analysis and measurement, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
