AWS is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to support the growth of our Strategic Partnership Engagement Team. As a Partnership Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS across strategic business partners. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments through partner engagement.Key job responsibilities
- Plan, create standardized reporting, performance metrics, and operational process optimization

- 5+ years experience working with Systems Integrators, Consulting Companies or ISVs through Alliance Management, Account management, Program management and Business Development engagements. • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators, Consulting Companies or ISVs
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including sales, marketing, technical, product management and account management teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Fluent Japanese and business level English
