Your profile

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration).
• Strong experience in leading and developing teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma, strong project and change management skills and the ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization.
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, oral and written.
• Living at a reasonable distance of Boxmeer.
