Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in extended workforce management vendor operations supporting design and implementation of contingent workforce management models (e.g., vendors, specialist contractors, etc.).
Ability to comfortably operate in a high-paced and changing work environment.
Ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
Excellent detail-oriented and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be comfortable leading high-level cross-functional conversations with decision-makers.
