- 10 years of experience in operations or strategy roles, building relationships and leading operational initiatives.
- 2 years of experience directly leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard design and excellent data analysis skills.
- Experience with SAP or other billing systems.
- Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, combined with business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level stakeholders.
