Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working in business development, marketing, or consultative sales.
5 years of experience in cross-border eCommerce business or digital marketing.
Experience building customer training programs.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in SaaS solution sales, digital marketing, consulting, or B2B marketing.
Experience building processes, managing projects, and leading complex customer programs with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
Ability to establish relationships within the cross-border eCommerce industry.
Excellent entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
