In this position you will
- Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale R&D teams
- Project management expert - setting up project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.
- Ensuring deliverables are planned and ontrack - visibility and tracking
- Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Work with diverse stakeholders (developers, squad leads, product, senior management, etc. ) to ensure project success
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience with project manager, preferably in large global organizations
- Deep understanding of Jira
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
- Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle
- Can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experienced in working with large num of stakeholders in / cross units
- Strategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability with outstanding organizational skills
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
- People person and a team player
- Experience in software development - advantage
