Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and execute business development campaigns, including identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and coordinating meetings or presentations.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies and tactics for effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of potential clients and partners.
- Track and monitor the progress of business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign progress, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges encountered.
- Communicate and coordinate with the project owner to provide updates on campaign performance and seek guidance or support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas for business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse data and information accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
