What you will be doing:

• Lead Capital investment decisions based oncapacityrequirements andrationalizeforecast changes

• Optimize loading volume acrossCM’sto meet target supply or market revenue share

• Collaborate cross-functionally across multipledifferent functionsand processes to problem solve and presentcapacityimpact in a clear and concise manner to drive action

• Successfullyoperatethroughout the management chain to communicatecapacityrisks & action plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations,mfgengineering, supply chain,financeand engineering to evaluatecapacityneeds andidentifythe key constraints

• Develop,maintainand use advancedcapacityplanning algorithms to understandcapacitygaps and risks

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate planning models with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability

What we need to see:

• years experienceincapacityplanning while closely collaborating with the manufacturing organization and suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in capacityplanning within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of capacityplanning principles, methodologies, and standard processes

• Proficiency in data analytics, applying tools such as Tableau,PowerBIor other similar software

• Experience with planning systems like Anaplan, Lllamasoftor IBP

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment

• Deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines

• Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment and travel once a year to manufacturing sites

• Strong history of success in similar environments

• Discrete event simulation or Linear Programming Experience
