* Support and help evolve our team Tier-1 services, taking care of service heath, scaling for peaks, software and libraries upgrades
* Help the team reduce the ticket queue, resolve security and availability risksA day in the life
As a support engineer for the ACCB team, you'll work closely with a team of Software Development engineers, technical project manager and SDM to maintain and evolve our high traffic and high availability services. You'll take care of scaling the services for peaks (Prime Day, Black Friday), check and report on service health and maintain the continuous deployment of the services.
