2. 提供企業併購及重組專案諮詢及執行服務

3. 執行公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核服務

4. 執行僑外資、陸資投資、對外投資諮詢及申請服務

5. 租稅優惠申請

Job Conditions

1. 商學相關學系或法律系

2. 有1~2年工作經驗，俱備工商登記相關經驗尤佳

3. 英文 TOEIC 650以上尤佳
