The ideal candidate will have very strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain management processes both in the foundry and OSAT's. You will lead tactical production activities and facilitate decisions in a fast paced, changed matrixed environment

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will act as the critical link within Operations to bridge factory execution and internal stakeholders to set priorities and production plans.

  • You will manage weekly production status, trackers, forecast gaps, supply/demand shortages and customer issues. Drive key performance indicators and factory metrics including OEE, Utilization, Cycle Time, SOD's. Identify production gaps, root cause, and implement continuous improvement plans.

  • You'll own operations' supply dedication for multiple board product families that the rest of NVIDIA will rely on to make customer and revenue commitments.

  • Craft an optimized requested production schedule considering lot-sizing, priorities, constraints for NVIDIA's execution teams and other manufactures throughout in Asia.

  • Guard NVIDIA's liability by working to monitor and reduce aging materials and tightly coordinating with the Business Units on demand and flexibility trade-offs.

  • Often times there will be capacity, materials, and production issues that will prevent satisfying all demand. You will be the person in charge to resolve tradeoff options and work with internal partners to craft the optimal plan.

  • Analyze demand shortfalls and changes in supply to prepare a weekly supply summary to management.

  • Work with the program managers & engineers to develop ramp plans for products from early-stage sampling to high-volume production.

  • You will oversee the transition plan of product revisions based on customer qualification schedules and supply availability.

  • It's NVIDIA's culture to keep striving for continuous improvement with our partners. You will provide suggestions to the management team of NVIDIA and its vendors (Samsung Foundry and AMKOR) on how to pursue a higher performance level on our Key Performance Index: committed shipment hit rate, cycle time, and production line efficiency
