What will your job look like:
- Working closely with RnD teams to ensure that the build system infrastructure is secure, reliable, and easily scalable.
- Building a strong echo system and infrastructure on the server side to ensure proper monitoring and debugging.
- Optimizing build times using cutting-edge distributed systems and caching technologies.
- Troubleshooting build issues and provide guidance on best practices for build system management.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Bazel build system and suggest improvements to the existing build infrastructure.
All you need is:
- BSC/ MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in managing software infrastructure development teams, preferably on complex projects.
- Experience in designing, developing, and managing large-scale distributed systems – strong advantage
- Experience in Bazel build system – strong advantage
- Strong understanding of software build, packaging, and deployment processes and best practices
- Knowledge in C/C++ and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
