Key job responsibilities
* Partner with technology leaders, program managers, operations leaders and internal stakeholders globally to identify, quantify and solve for opportunities to improve Catalog Quality.
* Define, measure and present metrics / reports on different programs and design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support future business processes and ensure sustainability.* Helping operations with regular and ad hoc query/ data ETL jobs and work on simplifying/ standardizing operational metrics and reporting* Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
* Lead team of business analysts to perform statistical tests to establish trends, patterns, seasonality. Use data mining, model building, and other analytical techniques to develop predictive models
* Establish relationship between output metrics and drivers to identify and control critical drivers to achieve the desired value of output metric.
* Ability to write functional specs for tools and drive UAT based on business requirementsBangalore, KA, IND

* Experience in SQL
* High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
* 3+ years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst, BI Engineer or Systems Analyst preferably in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources
* 3+ years of team management experience
* Proficient in multiple flavours of SQL, (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift)
* Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight)
* Ability to take complex business problems and translate into clear and accurate results
* Strong project management and people management skills
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause/ analyses
* Coaching and leadership skills that bring out the best of the team

* 5+ years of experience as Business/Financial Analyst, BI Engineer or Systems Analyst preferably in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources
* Experience working with business and operations teams with deep experience on existing systems and data sources
* Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business field.
* Track record of strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to a wide audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses and contribute to documents.
